Michael has over 30 years experience in the healthcare sector supporting change management activities with a variety of digital health solutions including Meditech and ClinicalConnect. Michael supports primary and community sector organizations and sole practitioners with eHealth adoption and sustainment activities. He maintains ongoing, strong relationships with his clients providing them with tools and resources while sharing best practices and lessons learned. Michael is an experienced trainer who imparts his knowledge and specific skills among stakeholders to promote solution adoption while tailoring educational sessions to clients’ needs. Wanda has over 30 years’ experience delivering digital solutions with 10 years focused on healthcare. She leverages her vast experience in change management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization to help bring together clinicians, support staff, IT resources, senior management and third-party vendors to deliver solutions that achieve the desired benefits. Wanda appreciates the importance of ensuring the delivery of benefits to an organization and not simply the delivery of a technical solution. Wanda’s passion is reflected in her participation in international communities of practice in benefits realization and completing numerous program and project evaluations. As a Transformational Analyst, Katia provides stakeholders with a customized approach in facilitating the adoption of regional eHealth solutions. Her passion for innovation, quality improvement, and patient safety drives the planning required for successful change management and adoption within organizations across healthcare sectors. Jane has a unique background in medicine, blending change management expertise and business process improvement principles. With eight years of experience at Niagara Region Public Health and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Jane supported the implementation of provincial wide immunization information systems (IIS) including those used during Pandemic H1N1 and Panorama. As a Change Management Specialist, Jane leverages her skills in both project and stakeholder management to support digital transformation integration. She works collaboratively with partners to conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and ensure alignment of digital solution’s implementation strategy for the betterment of workflow efficiencies and improved patient outcomes. Leia’s role as Transformational Specialist includes oversight of the change management team, while also providing thought leadership and guidance as it relates to change management activities required to support the implementation of eHealth solutions within the HNHB region. Prior to this, Leia worked in the loyalty marketing industry for almost 20 years in various senior leadership positions, focusing on business improvement and change management initiatives, driving sustained adoption aligned with the organization’s key strategic initiatives. Leia became one of the first 500 individuals with the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMPTM) designation, and also holds an MBA specializing in Information Technology Management, and is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence through ASQ, where she volunteers her time as the Past Chair within the Service Quality Division, supporting the identification and development of member value programs. Kerri is a skilled Process and Change Analyst with over 10 years’ experience. She has a diverse background, having worked in Australia in the fields of construction, telecommunications, advertising, and media. Kerri enjoys using her communication and interviewing skills to understand the needs of her stakeholders and to implement innovative solutions to help facilitate process improvement. As a Transformational Analyst, Heston helps stakeholders adopt regional eHealth solutions. Through a combination of relationship building and strategic planning, Heston ensures that stakeholders’ needs are met while fully experiencing the benefits of regional eHealth solutions. Donna has extensive knowledge supporting the implementation of Health Information Systems including MEDITECH and ClinicalConnect. Donna is seasoned in change management and facilitating business process improvements through stakeholder engagement, understanding clinical needs and mapping existing and new workflows. Her nursing background helps her identify readily with healthcare clients in the acute and community sectors as she supports her clients’ understanding and adoption of changes in the regular delivery of care.
