eConsult: How to Sign-Up
Primary Care Physicians or Nurse Practitioners
It's even easier to get same day access to OTNhub for submitting eConsults!
- DO YOU WORK FOR AN EXISTING OTN MEMBER ORGANIZATION? If you are a primary care physician or nurse practitioner working for an OTN Member Organization, visit the OTNhub sign up page https://otnhub.ca and select EXPRESS SIGN UP to register.
- DO YOU WORK FOR AN ORGANIZATION THAT WANTS TO BECOME AN OTN MEMBER? If so, you can visit the OTNhub sign up page https://otnhub.ca and select ORGANIZATION SIGN UP to register with your ONE ID account.
- ARE YOU A SOLE PRACTITIONER WHO WANTS TO BECOME AN OTN MEMBER? There's also an option for you! You can visit the OTNhub sign up page https://otnhub.ca and select PRIVATE PRACTICE SIGN UP.
If you do not have a ONE ID account, physicians can register for one through your CPSO Member Portal. For any other users requiring a ONEID account, please email us at eConsult@HITSeHealth.ca and we'll be happy to help get you setup.
Please note, by signing up for the Ontario eConsult Service on the OTNhub, you will also gain access to OTN Video Visits (eVisits), which enables health care providers to connect to patients and other health care providers through video. Specialists
Specialists can also use eConsult as a requesting clinician and have the ability to sign up to respond to eConsult requests.
To register as an eConsult Specialist, please complete the eConsult Specialist Intake Form. We'll then be in touch to complete your account setup and ensure your payment information is submitted for your quarterly payments.
Delegates
If you would like to provide eConsult access to other staff supporting you (e.g., allied health, clerical admin), please let us know at eConsult@HITSeHealth.ca.
